Default Lights out inside

My interior lights were on when I opened the door to go for a drive. After turning the car off the light delay does not work nor does even turning them on manually. All are non-functional.

Any ideas?

Fuse 44 5 amp appears to be fine too but I think that is for instrument lights, which appear to be working

Fuse 24 has a 5 amp. That cannot be right. I put the correct 7.5 in and the lights work now.

That's strange.
If the fuse does not open, then any value should permit operation. Something else may be going on - be prepared for another surprise.

It was my error. I redid the CE panel and put a 5 amp fuse in when it should have been a 7.5 in slot 24. I am surprised it went 5 years before going pop. Then again I bet the domelight's housing touched the metal roof when going over a speed bump in the mall today.
