I remember that too. It happened in PEI when I was stuck at at long line road maintenance stop. It gave me time to take a pic as I crept along.
Happy 100 K.

Congrats Curt! Here is my old 89 928 turning 100000 in Memphis after I sold it and it was heading down to Dallas couple years ago.

Here's mine as it rolled to 100k. My intention was to do 100mph while turning to 100k but, I was on the PA Turnpike with too much traffic around and it was raining. Maybe I'll try 150mph when it turns to 150k.

I also considered an appropriate speed, but the circumstances were inappropriate.

Nothing wrong with owning a 928 that has over 100k miles.

Bob, Just returned from the annual 3rd Coast 928 event in your old car this afternoon. The mileage is now over 107K miles and the car is still running flawlessly.

In prep for the drive home we made a quick stop. Several people came outside to take pictures. Made the wife and I both smile even bigger. Guess its true the 928's are finally getting some of the attention they deserve.

Jim, I couldn't be happier that my old 89 is in your good hands. I'm glad you and your wife are enjoying it as my wife and I had.

All the best, maybe next year I'll get down to 3rd coast GtG.

Bob

Mine rolled over to 100K, while heading home from 3rd coast yesterday. Didn't notice it till I bought gas in Kingman, Az., for the final leg to Las Vegas. I like using the digital MPH, when I'm on a long trip.
