Default Steering noise

Please refer to the below link for the video; There is a click click noise when I am turning the steering wheel.
It happens no matter the engine is on or off.
The inner/outer tie rod, lower ball joints were changed last month but the noise still presist.

Do you think is the steering U joint or the steering rack itself?

Thanks for any comments.

can't help with the steering question, but what is that ground wire to the header flange? Haven't seen one located there before.

For that tapping sound, can't say at this point. Doubt from the knuckle. Get car up, and look at rack, rods, etc. That ground is not right. Goes from posterior/passenger side engine block to big ground point on passenger side chassis. You'll see it not far from block attachment point. This is the ground point for your engine block of which MP's 8 & 9 ground through. These are for LH and EZK grounding. That ground cable is serving no purpose. Is in a bad spot too - abutting a moving part. Also, get a new one.

Thanks for pointing out the wrong ground cable connection. It was like that when I got this car years ago. Mine is a RHD S4, does it make any different?

So what I need to do is to move the exhaust side connection of that ground cable to the engine block? Do you have a picture so that I wont connect to a wrong spot?

Thank you.

The cable is on the Right just in region where header meets the outlet pipe in the pic.

Add: If anything it would be on the Left in a RHD car.
