IIRC when you put on your brights the fog lights will come on instead of the driving lights. And when you put on the fog lights the driving lights will come on. They also have built in side lights whereas US cars have side market lights.
I am not 100% sure though.

I bought an identical set from him and all you need to do is reverse the plugs...no big deal
