Default WBO2 vs NBO2 plots same fuel map

Started tuning the new SC setup and all was going well. Car started, idled nice, etc., etc. Got a pretty nice fuel map so I wanted to check O2 adjust before going for an emission test. The plot below is the open loop and it is slightly rich (14.5-14.6) so I assumed the when I turned on the NBO2 sensor it would adjust it an average of -1 to -2

However, as the plot below shows the NBO2 sensor adjust averaged in the +4 to +6 range. This pulled the AFR down to approx. 14 which shows best on the last plot.
I retested using both the stock NBO2 sensor and the Innovate simulated one. Same results. So when the NBO2 sensor sees stoic (14.7) the WB sees 14. The WBO2 sensor had been recalibrated just prior to these runs so I am guessing it is faulty. However, it is only a few months old so I would appreciated any other ideas before I buy a new one to confirm?
Thanks
