My '88 has a past history of being abused and neglected maintenance wise. Not enough was done, and everything wrong. I'm slowly bringing it back, but some strangeness remains. I'm wondering if the EFI proms have been tampered with. The EZK unit has clearly been apart, and the windowed UV EPROM that is installed had no label on it. I kinda suspect somebody installed a bogus 'upgrade'. I'd like to get a copy of the stock firmware, but don't know where to go for this. I have a burner for these types of parts, but I think it only worked with windows 2000, and I have not used it since then, so I would much rather get a programmed part (or set of parts) than a hex file.
