I was going through my boxes of 928 parts getting ready to sell off a bunch of what I don't think I'll ever need in the future and came across a very new looking seal. It's about 94" long and the front, back, and profile are shown in the pics. It's fuzzy on one side.

What this for? Thanks.

Maybe outer window seal. Flat area next to his index finger looks like the outer glass scraper section. I just replaced these, I should remember....but I`m old

I think its the outside window scraper.

94" seems a bit long, though, for it to be an outer window seal. That's nearly 8'.

That said, sure looks like one.

They come in one long section that does both doors. Roger sells them that way

I think outer window seal is the winner, looking at mine. On a normal 928 this must turn the corner by the lock **** and go up the rest of the door. Since mine is a Spyder, my doors end at the lock **** so it was the length that was throwing me off. Good news is the one of these I have will actually do both my doors.
