Question: What does it take to install one of these? The purpose of the part is to keep the left and right sides of the car in proper alignment. Do you just park the car on a relatively level spot and unbolt the old and bolt on the new? Or do you have to take the weight off the suspension to ensure the left and right sides don't "move"?

Its super-simple. Leave the car on the ground. Remove 4 fasteners holding the stock one on, set the new one in place, install with the 4 new fasteners provided.
