Default WTB: Steering Column Electrics Assembly for '79

I'm looking for the assembly that goes onto the steering column and has the wiper stalk, turn signal stalk, cruise control stalk, and the contact for the horn ring. My horn ring contact is broken and although I figured out a way to repair it to work with the Momo wheel I had installed, where the hub had a very wide contact band, this doesn't work with the Club Sport wheel I just installed, so I might as well fix it correctly (replacement) if it's not ridiculously expensive. This would be for my '79.

Needs to be a nice one with writing intact and fully functional. Please send pics & pricing to petza914@gmail.com

Thanks.

Thanks Rob. I sent Mark Anderson a note on this earlier too. Both those links say "no cruise" but my car has cruise. Do I need a different assembly or are they that way because the cruise assembly can be moved over?

Thanks Jim. I didn't realize the horn contact was available separately. Since everything else works, that's the direction I'll go.

Mark, what kind of modification are we talking about? Tom said you have a good used complete assembly at a reasonable price. If the modification is extensive just go ahead and send me the used one via USPS priority mail so I'll get it Friday or Saturday. I think you have my card on file.

Thanks.

I have not done it myself and the employee that has is not in today. I'm not in as well so please call Tom if you want the assembly
That said I do not think it was terribly difficult just not plug and play

Tom is processing my order for the complete assembly and I'll just use the one I ordered to rebuild my current one and keep it as a spare. Thanks.

Figured I'd post an update here in case it helps anyone in the future. Based on the info from Jim Doer, I sourced just the horn contact piece (928.652.104.00) and used this to repair the existing stalk electrics module.

It was fairly straightforward - I pulled out the old assembly and contact pin with some vice grips, drilled a couple of holes into the metal plate next to the contact passageway for the prongs of the new contact assembly to seat into, pushed it through, seated the prongs with a light hammer tap, and reinstalled it into the car - works perfectly.

You built up a cool car, figured you would be alright with this mod.
Thanks for the update.
