I'm very interested. Have been out of town the past 4 days and just checking Rennlist. Please keep this updated if it moves forward.

I talked to Harold, who made the last set of dials. The basic parameters are the same: A minimum order of 50 to start production. At this point, I'm not seeing enough interest to generate 50 orders, but I'll give this another bump.

What the thread needs is some visual aids.. the reason the last one took off so well was RKD started photoshopping a few alternatives.

I'd be in for one also, wasn't "into" watches during the first run. Added bonus is that I already own a S5!

Been wearing my Seiko since I got it.

I'd like a dial from the last run, very nice. Anyone selling a spare dial?

I'd think this would be easier to get going if you did another run of the old design dial and let people make their own watch from it.
I didn't pay attention to the previous Seiko run, thought it would be more expensive. The first 928 watch project was much more expensive.

Coming up with a whole new dial design for another run of 50 seems like a lot of work. I would be interested in seeing it, though.

I'd be fully on board with that idea, but I'd really like to do a light-colored dial. Like I said: I have enough black watches.

Even if we use the same dial, I'm still going to need a minimum of 50 ordered.

Light dial would be nice as well and would look more vintage.
Please note me in for 2!

I'd also be interested in one of each dial, black and white/?

Shawn,
I am in for (2) watches
I am going to leave the design of the dial to the artists under you.

I would buy such as face for $35 if it either has the 928 silhouette or a correct font logo. (as in committed, no mind changing after somebody sits on the parts)
