Default 928 windshield

FYI..
Safe lite has windshield for the 928.
Green tint no antenna for less than $300 and blue tint with antenna for less than $400.
Just incase if someone else needs a windshield.

That's good news because I had to get my shipped up from Roger in Texas because there were no suppliers around here that could get them.

My car is at 928 motorsports. They will come out there and install it on Tuesday.

No doubt Chinese made.

Please let us know what you think of it after the install.

Safelite did mine (green/antenna) after 3 tries (they kept getting shipped brown/no antenna from their supplier and finally ended up ordering it directly from Porsche). Pretty sure it's not Chinese-made, unless that's what Porsche is doing now...but it could well have been a lot more money...State Farm bought mine

From Porsche, probably another story, but would be great to know the manufacturer. Did you get a look at the ones from their original supplier? If they're German, then that's great.

Just going by the price. A Sigla should cost much more than $300 and I haven't heard of any other non-Chinese units out there... but my experience is limited.

We had the windshield on my wife's VW R32 replaced by Safelite at the same cost and it was Chinese made. It had the tint and rain sensor setup, but no antenna. Not the greatest quality... kind of wavy from certain angles.
