we hear the strangest things

So I get a phone call about how to install a part. Now we quoted the right part a few weeks ago but they found the wrong part for less. They seemed perplexed why I couldn't give them a list of all the things it would take to install the wrong part.

I cant believe you wouldnt fly out and install the correct part as part of the guarantee of your products and proper selection to maintain your customer service record
