Default Tensioner Pulley rebuild

Howdy,
Engine is clean enough to eat offof.
Will start putting it back together this week, a little at a time.

Ran out of $$ cant afford the PKtensioner.
Rebuild the rollers is my choice right now.
Does anyone have the part numbers or instructions for the double roller?
The one that is riveted together.

It sounds like it may not be rebuild able?

How does it come apart? Drill out rivets and re-rivet?

The small roller pressed right out.

Thnx

Its been discussed before - I think someone posted about drilling the rivets out and then using small (m5?) screws.

Possibly in the Bearing Madness thread.

That's what I may end up doing.
However if I can rebuild for the price of a bearing versus the cost of the assembly 80.00+ I may just get the PKtensioner.

Hey Mark,

I just talked to you a little while ago about the photo of the used crank gear.
