Default 18" Carerra III Rims on Craigslist

I think these are 9 and 11" wide 18" Carrera III rims based on the sellers poor measurements. Can't tell from the pictures if they are factory or not but for under $300 it could be a good deal if they are...

Someone can fit 12.5 rears?

Or is that a measurement error and they are the 11s?

Not sure about that. The photo with the measuring tape makes it look like it's 12.5" wide to the rim edge and the other shows 9". I think 9" is a standard 911 (997) front wheel width, but rears are usually 11", except for the GT3s, which are 12". Seller should've taken a photo of the valve stem area which would've told us widths and offsets.

He's measuring outside lip to outside lip.

Rims are measured from the inside.

These only come in 8's, 10's, and 11's.

If they are some ultra rare set of 9's and 12's that I've never seen before, even better.

If they end up being a total bust.....I'll have a nice set of matching hose reels for the house.

He's getting them Saturday, not far from his house.

Still in Chicago-land at a friends place (former 928 owner)

He picked them up last Saturday, not sure when I'll have them home, no rush.

The car these are intended for will not be on the road until next spring (at the soonest).
