Default Pronounced "tick" from the fuel system. 86.5 S

I was hunting around under the hood with my stethoscope, looking for the source of ticking sound that i always assumed was the lifters. Turns out its most pronounced from the fuel rails. Regulators, dampers or ?

Sometimes vacuum leaks can sound like a ticking but sounds like you have it isolated. Can you further isolate to one inejctor/cylinder, or is it uniform?

Would absolutely not worry if the latter is the case.
If you have other symptoms, I'd think about checking fuel pressure, and then injector flow (which would require pulling them/sending them out).
