The only thing that was salvageable was the transmission. The manual transmission. Otherwise I doubt he would have gone to the trouble of having it flatbedded to the shop.

The steering wheel might be salvageable as a "raw" look within the car. Maybe weld some metal skulls to it to really make it look B.A.

Yes, this is an example of the Porsche "padding delete option" whereby you can go for the look you want.
