Don't pull my card for this: 924 Seats?
So I was cruising CL and came across a '87 924 with a perfect interior for rock bottom price.
I know the 924 was essentially a parts bin car, but how much (or any parts)overlap was there with the 928... more specifically, were the seats compatible?
I can see the seat release is the same in the pic, but don't have a image of the bottom of the seat to see if powered, or how.
Any other parts that one could pull of a 924?
I feel like I could get the whole 924 for less then I could replace or repair my current seats.

I've got 944 turbo seats in my S4. They fit fine.
No mods needed. You just need an Allen wrench.
The electrical would need wired up. Mine were manuals.
924 & 944 seats, they would be the same.

Brother, with a killer avatar like that, you could put folding lawn chairs in your car and you could still keep your card.

Thanks you guys, I appreciate you letting me know.
Now, I guess I need to decide if I want to pursue it.
I was planning on using my last wife points on a S3 parts car -- if I ever came across one.
My concern is that I would feel sorry for the 924 and start working on it if it was sitting at my house, LOL.
And thanks Dan, I will try to live up to your expectations!
BTW, congratulations on your first year in the brotherhood -- you still got a positive outlook, ten fingers, and your sanity!

Ok... I'm your reference for keeping your card.
I've got 924 seats in my 928. They're full manual and are lighter than 928 seats. A bit lower, too. Same tracks and mounting points. Went in without issue and look fine.
