Coke Car runs Gingerman Raceway - Pics fixed

Gingerman is a wide open 2.2 mile track with 11 turns. The best thing about this track is that it is a very safe track to try new things, with lots of runoff. I personally spun out twice - once in turn 2, and once in turn 6. I was trying different lines, and quickly decided that those "new" lines were not for me. This particular HPDE was run in conjunction with the Porsche club races. We were broken up into two run groups and each group got 5 - 30 minute sessions!

The coke car generally ran admirably. There were a couple instances where the engine cut out momentarily. I wasn't able to trace the problem but it felt like the injectors were cutting out. I swapped LH relays to no avail. I have a spare LH brain that I may try swapping in to see if that resolves the problem. If it does not, then my assumption is either a bad harness ground or a bad crank position sensor. Who knows.
I ran slicks that had not been run for at least a year - actually, I don't know how old they are as they came with the car. They were hard and slippery for the first two sessions. However, on the third session the tires finally came into their own and really started providing some serious grip. That was fun!

My phone was not able to pick up a signal so the data on the video below is a little off. But you should get the gist of what was happening. This is from my 4th heat. The 5th was by far my best session, but because of a stalled car, they yellow flagged just after turn 6 and that messed my lap times. I had a blast! What an awesome day!

get that think the proper gear! get the RPM up! the oil pressure likes the higher RPM, expecially when hot. lets hear more blipping and downshifting!!!
take it to 6k at least and never get caught below 3500RPM
