That car needs to be grabbed soon. That price is very good. If that car was on this side of the country, it would be mine, and I wouldn't wait for a ppi, just get a good set of eyes on it and drive away. The price is right by any measure for a 78, even a Rogerbox with 15" phone dials.

Echo the spectrum available in description of condition from the cassisrot thread. Owner describes it as "as new". First pictures shows bolster wear on the driver's seat. Looks to be good shape considering age and mileage.

Also believe that this should be scooped up if it "passes" a buyer's PPI.

It's got a 7XXX plate. It's not a one-owner car unless he moved to CA in the past 2 or so years.

Thanks for the background. I need to stay a one 928 man until I finish the one I have. There must be something fishy as that car seems worth the price.
