Default why cant i fine the correct fuse/relay diagram?

seems like every year and model have different fuse/relay diagrams.. this car is annoying! reminds me of my 1989 Mitsu Starion ESIR..

the PO had definitely been messing with the fuses and relays soo i want to get that squared away first

its a 1981 5 speed 928 U.S. car.. here is a pic of the panel.. seems like some relays are missing.. i know im new to this forum but cmon someone help.. thank you!

Go to the 928 specialists website, under 928 Tips/Links you will find a listing and diagram for each model year. Also, read the FAQ thread at the top of this forum.

Or Alan's thread:

From what I see, the empty holes are supposed to be empty on your car. The bridge in the empty slot furthest to the right is also supposed to be there.

In MY 1985 the panel changed to have more relays and fuses, and switched to blade fuses. There is no compatibility between these types.

Panels between even adjacent years can vary significantly, some differences are not visible - you need the exact panel as a replacement or a fair amount of detective and remedial work to make sure of equivalence.
