Help, Timing Belt/Job Problem never seen this before..

Hmm, this is the same type of noise I have after the TB/WP job. The only two possibilities I can think of now are the convex belt guide to the rear of the crank gear could be very slightly bent out of shape or the crank bolt washer was installed backwards as I do not recall the lip. I am in the same mode as Whitesands: Drive it and let it develop...it will either get worse or go away.
