I see a lot of "deferred" maintenance for that asking price, looks neglected under the hood, I especially like the "white" zip tie (non-trimmed) holding the Air Pump Filter Can closed

Could be a nice car after its brought up to date (Fuel Lines, T Belt, etc.).
