This is under the overflow tank, someone zip tied it.

Where does it go? looks like window washer pump...

Yup, washer pump. Should have three little rubber plugs pushed into the flat metal base. The rubber plugs then push into the fender for mounting. If you look at the wheel side of the fender, rearward of strut, you should be able to find the three holes arranged in a triangular fashion.

Looks like I have more work to do on the solenoid valve to the tank venting system, mmmmm

Those mounting rubbers are ridiculously expensive $8.00 a piece??

Going to try some other way to mount it
