Default Harbor freight coolant pressure tester

Does anyone know for certain if this coolant pressure tester will fit on an '87 res bottle?

That one there should fit every car you have access to. If you only are going to use it on the 928 get this one, great quality and you can buy the attachments as you need them.

Yeah I have that pressure tester. The coolant reservoir is the same as the one in the Mercedes 107 SL and it will fit (tested on the 107)

I built one with some parts from home depot. pressurized the bleeder line that goes into the top of the rad after capping off the radiator nipple side. Cost me like $5. Wasn't very calibrated, true, but it worked checking for gross leaks.

Pulling up an old thread.... I picked up a HF pressure tester today after my old Sears tester sprung a leak. I'm not a fan of the HF version, at all! It goes back tomorrow. It "fits" but doesn't seal nearly as well. A bladder-style coupling works so much better. Here's a link to the one that works best in my experience...

I have the same one (if the picture is correct). Got it a Napa ($169.00) recommended by a customer at the counter who had tried many. It is the bladder type seals better and fits 99% of applications.
