I knocked my interior mirror off a summer or two ago. Needless to say, the mark of the location is gone. I probably need to get the mirror installed for safety reasons.

If anyone could provide a measurement, i would appreciate it. Id assume ill use the antenna line to center up the mirror location. I just need to know how far down it needs to be mounted.

64mm from top roof edge rings a bell in my foggy brain, WSM has the exact measurement. Don't have them handy so don't take it to the bank.

thanks for the mirror options, but my car already has an upgraded version. Not sure if its any bigger but it has a compass and OS temp.

Im not sure the measurement is correct or im looking at the incorrect starting point.

Lets try a measurement from the windshield antenna. (from the top, center location of the two antenna lines connecting on the windshield)

If anyone could provide measurement, i would appreciate it.

I was almost 50% off...correct distance from roof edge to mirror base is 110 mm. WSM 64-2

If you already have an upgraded mirror the position of the stock tab is completely irrelevant - it will most likely be quite wrong... You just need to select what works for you - mock it up with help so you can be in a natural driving position - mark the height with painters tape.
