Those pieces need to stay with that car, that stuff is single-digit rare among the U.S. cars. I recently crunched a bunch of Exclusive options data for the ROW cars, and the numbers of cars with Exclusive options are much higher in those markets. I can't understand where it's all hiding - You'd think leather-covered bits would pop up on Ebay.de and Ebay.co.uk, but they don't. Need to add the #'s to one of the options threads...

Found the matching parallel scoring on cylinder #3 I originally thought it was a ring until I found this. Looks like something made its way into the cylinder.
