Not a lot of room for mufflers in that configuration , but I guess running duals will help. How do you plan on keeping the sound volume down John?

YEs running duals, 3 inch into a muffler that will flow at least double what the horsepower( value in cfm) is , according to my exhaust man , this figure double what the calculated power is , will not restrict power at all and still not be overly noisy , my GT system is testiment to that although longer makes good power and is quiet.

Adam,
Have you had the joy of installing those D-LII's? Let the curse words begin. You might consider getting some shorter studs like the ones Greg Brown sells for his headers. Getting a wring on the rear nut for Cylinder 1 is a PITA! I ended up grinding a 13mm wrench so thin, I can almost read through it. However, after their on... you should be good to go. Getting that lower bell housing is not a problem with these. I now have 2 sets. One installed on my GT, and another for when I have to take the MSDS off the Coke Car.
For reference, the Coke car has MSDS into a single 3.5" through a single Magnaflow at the rear. It sounds great, and I think would not exceed the noise limits, but have not measured.
