Techno Classica Germany NO 928?
I visited the Techno Classica fair in Essen Germany today. This is probably Europe's biggest classic car fair with top quality cars but also restoration projects, tools and spares.
I could not find one 928! But 911's everywhere, hundreds of them. And crazy prices! I found two seats from a 911S approx 1969 - 1971, with separate headrests. I have these seats in my '71 911. These sets were offered up for sale for EUR 9000 a pair. A distibutor for a twin ignitition early 911(very rare) a cool EUR 10,000. Decent 911's are EUR 70,000.

That is surprising for a show of that scale, but we can enjoy our exclusivity!
Prices astounding. The seats are selling for about same as one if the cars they came from a few years agi
