Meh. I think the black S4 behind it looks better.

Oh, wait, that one's mine.

Welcome to the tank! I have to admit, we are blessed with some experts of the model in our area with Stan, Earl, Gary, and a host of others. Have a blast and hope to meet you in person soon.

I had two great strokes of luck in 2014. Found and bought my 928. Discovered I lived about 10 miles from Sean Ratts.

Sounds to me like you have been similarly blessed. I met Stan, and he met my car, at 3Rd Coast this year. He's a great guy who really knows these cars.

We both need to feel sorry for those who live far away from a 928 magician!

The interior is cashmere beige, but it kinda roughed up. I am looking at having the dash, pod, console recover in leather by either rob budd or Paul champagne. Seats too maybe. Depends on what the next tax year is like!

Jwbeck17- your 5-spd is so sweet. Stan showed me the things that's been done and I'm jealous. I'm glad to see another 928 in the area. Will definitely get together soon!

Looking forward to meeting you! Btw, you have a great Cars & Coffee nearby. It's every Saturday at the Starbucks in the Dilworthtown shopping center on 202. I went last fall with a few folks here and had a great time. Hope to meet up with you at one of those maybe, however I am heading to Hershey tomorrow, thanks to Stan.

The CnC of West Chester is literally only 5 min away from me. I have frequented that Mexican restaurant, Starbucks many times, and the Giant is my supermarket.

I have seen many amazing pics of the CnC, and I am looking forward to going when the car is ready for presentation! I will message the local 928 owners to go to one. 928 has to represent!

Congrats on the purchase! I'm about 15 minutes away from West Chester CnC, glad to see another local owner! I made it to 1 meet before the season ended with my black 83. Seems to be more than a few of in and around Chester County, we need to all meet up!

Hoi,

Congratulations. The 89 is a very nice model year (I had Jason's car for ~7 years). You'll have a lot of fun with the car, and with learning about it as well. Happy reading in the manuals (I have to warn you, the plot is sometimes hard to follow, and the subject changes frequently as you go from page to page!!! - ha).

Bring it over sometime.
