The usual agenda is something like: Meet up in the Hotel parking lot Friday afternoon/evening followed by dinner somewhere followed by more party in the parking lot. Saturday is a driving tour to various places in the surrounding Hill Country usually ending the day at a winery or two followed by an evening meal in/around Marble Falls. Sunday is usually a cookout by executive chef Roger Tyson featuring door prizes. Very relaxed and casual with a great bunch of folks.

prior to gathering at Marble Falls hotel some arrive a day or 2 or 3 early to get acclimated to: refreshments, eats, driving on ice/snow free roads, refreshments, Tx accent, refreshments etc.

did I mention some refreshment?
