We have a lot of tail heavy cars here this year I was very tolerant of them. Until they passed me today and made me feel like my OB was standing still while doing triple digits.

I mumbled a few slightly biased words to myself at the time.

Well my deal went Tango Uniform at the last minute. No title to the car. Oops, that's kind of important. Y'all have a good time and I'll catch up later.

First Third Coast in five years that I have missed. Wife caught the flu and I had to work Saturday so what I look forward to every year fell apart. Thanks for posting the pics, it's nice to at least see everyone. I guess this will make Spring Fling even more special for me (hear that Tony.......?)

I hope you're all having a great time.

And the weather is cooperating too.

I see some familiar faces!

More pics please.

Have fun everybody.

Thanks everyone for a good time. Had to leave at 4am to get home by 10pm in Iowa. Enjoyed meeting everyone again. I'll plan more time for next year. Sherry said she enjoyed meeting everyone as well
Sure are lots of rocks on road down there. Broken fog light in S4 and windshield in pickup on way out this am.

BIG THANKS to Roger, Zane, Mercedes, Chuck, Mike, Laura and those I've missed. Also wonderful to see old 928 buds and new 928'rs that have come into the fold. Fabulous time despite the first day of bad weather encountered in the 8 years attended. Sorry to have missed you & your son Alex. Will post up Spring Fling dates 1st of the year. T

Hey Malcolm & Daphne. Sorry we missed y'all at 3rd Coast. Shipped front seats out to be recovered and Just Peachy missed the event. My fault there for not giving Rob Budd a little more lead time Clicked off a few pix between the rain drops. Fun time in spite of the weather T

I lowered my passenger side window to talk with a friend who had seen me parked on the way out of town and was kind enough to pull in to see if I needed help. I lowered my passenger window to reassure him I was just stopped to get my iPod to provide music for the drive home and to thank him for his concern.

He drove off and I raised my passenger window. Well, I tried to!! The window seems to have come off the track.

Do you know how noisy it is to drive legally at 70-75 MPH with no window?? Fortunately great weather. This would have been a disaster with rain!

Speaking of great: Great weekend, great hosts, great people, great friendship, great fun, great plotting of route with many truly great curves, great patience from caboose for my patience in taking those great curves, great food. Great lots of things. Third Coast has become the highlight of my year.

A 928, wearing unusual dangling red appendages must have been going 150 when he passed me this afternoon. Goodness. Gracious. Great ***** of Fire, Mike!

Many thanks to all for fantastic weekend!
