When you drive a 928 you should have a nice hair cut, be well shaved, wear a jacket and a white collar shirt including a tie, all in accordance with Porsche advertising. I am sure Magnus Walker will change his image when he has got a 928.

Thanks for posting.

Any idea what that is above the license plate at the ~57 second timehack?

I bet he'd really dig my 928 RS Carrera.
If we were not on opposite coasts i'd take it to him for a test run.

Just a guess, but looks like an old antenna mount for radio or CB(?)

That's just a bracket for attaching your beard oiler and ponytail braider.

Did anyone else think that he didn't seem all that interested, though? Seemed more like "Eh, I've already got a 924 and a 944, might as well finish out the set".

Also, the back-handed non-complements. 928s are generally unloved, but the people who love them really love them. That's not saying much for the car.

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter whether he likes it or not, of course, but this isn't exactly a strong showing that hardcore air-cooled enthusiasts are coming around to our side.

I don't take that as a back-handed non-compliment at all. It's undeniably true, in fact, and is part of what drew me to the car.

He might be a nice guy - but he doesnt ring my bell...just an ordinary hipster with a mission.

That's what I initially thought as well, but anything protruding up from that point would create a wear mark on the bumper.
