Probably trying to make it run! I've seen at least 4 craigslist pics with a guy messing with battery. You would think they would want to clean the car well, and take clean pics.. Maybe just me.
Then again, I did this with my car and couldn't sell to save my life!

Whole interior looks pieced together. Owner also decided to put full synthetic in it, which is when it started leaking and burning oil at high temps. Having personally made this mistake, most seals and gaskets need replacing when it is switched back to conventional.

History
I have had it about 4 years. My father sold it to me. It does not have the service records we all look for in a classic Porsche.....

The bad
Oil leak. Not sure where
Missing rear seats
Missing some interior trim
No AC

The good
Runs nice
Manual
Replaced Central Electric Board

I took it off the road 2 months ago. I was not driving it more than once a month.

No rear seat = no kids
No AC = No wife in Reno summers

Just not usable for me at this point in my life.

No oil leak before synthetic oil change.

I can send pics or post them.... I would even facetime with someone(with an iPhone) if they were serious.
