Hi all. I hope I'm worthy of such great machine. I know that Tony has spent so much timeand money prepairing this beast and I feel so lucky to be the new caretaker. I haven't responded till now as I'm on vacation in Bali.
I plan to head down to Tony's on July 8th with one of my twin boys to pick up the car and drive it back to the Denver area. Another shark is heading to the Rockies and I can't wait to hit some our mountain roads. As a newbie to 928's, I wanted to get one that is well sorted out and I can't imagine a better choice.
I saw this when he first was offering it, but was not sure I could afford it. I became really interested in an 89 gt in South Carolina until I discovered during the PPI that the repainted was just ok and was going to need some other work. I just happened to see that this one had not sold yet and said to myself how can you not afford this beauty. This may be a little more then I wanted to spend, but I know I will have many years of carefree driving. Plus i have car show contender. I look forward to getting to know you all on the forum and the local sharks in the Rockies.

Yep good luck with your new ride.
Look into the Rocky mountain sharks,
and Porsche breakfast club on Yahoo,
both of these groups are fun filled owners that stay active during the year,
with CnC and other driving and GTG car events.
CO. has great roads for the shark to stretch its legs.
I hope you can find a good mechanic,
as I was taking care of most of the major things,
maybe 3 zero 3 can assist you

Thanks to all for your kind words. Picked up Tom & his son Seth at the airport today and off she went. What a beautiful car they now have and it's going to a great home. T https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4Pw...ature=youtu.be
