Missing Relay

My 86.5 AT Appears to be missing relay XVI "EZF Ignition System." In it's place is a fuse tester. Is this proper and what is the EZF Iginition System?

GT, That should read EZK. It's the ignition control computer located next to the fuse panel. And Yes the fuse tester is part of the relay and very convenient.
