Roger,
You just make it too effin easy to own this car. You are always pleasant on the phone no matter if my order is $1.50 or $500.00. Thanks again for the awesome service and attention to detail for my order. Everything is perfect!

Tom,
That's only because you don't live close. He's brought parts to my house and helped install them before.

Don't all parts suppliers do that?

Thank you Roger!!

After all this talk and praise, I wish I lived close to Roger.... LOL.

I have dealt with Roger on a few occasions and am always extra pleased with his etiquette.

Thank you Roger.

Default He helps me keep my 928

Yup...I often send Roger parts requests by email. Then I follow up by phone...and he talks me out of half the stuff I thought I needed I like that a lot -- he intuitively helps me spread my 928 budget so I can continue to enjoy driving the car, enjoy the hobby of wrenching it myself, and enjoy the community of owners.

As great as Roger is on the phone,

in person there's more you notice quickly.

He's genuine, he doesn't try hard.. he's just himself and very comfortable in his skin.

I noticed this very quickly once i met him at Frenzy.

He is also a very generous guy with his money and would not allow anyone to buy anything at the bar.. (10 of us) I kept trying and he wouldn't allow me to pay for my beverages.

As soon as something breaks i'll be calling

Meh, he's OK. I mean, don't you get good service, advice, underselling and good prices from everybody else? NOT! Well you do from Rog. I ask the price but I don't shop him when I need stuff. I just order it, expecting the best price, service and quality that I can get. That's why I've spent way too many thousands of dollars on my 928 with him over the years. At the end of the day, he, not unlike I in my business, is a dinosaur. Old, overweight and living in the past where personal and knowledgeable service trumped the lowest price all day. Really. Someday, I hope to meet him and enjoy a glass (or three) of wine with him!

I thought, and still believe, I was a very lucky guy when my 928 fell out of the blue and into my lap. That was just the start. When I went to pick it up at the auction site, a 928 owner there told me that there was an expert 928 mechanic named Sean Ratts living just 10 miles from my home. Then Sean told that Roger and his company was just a few more miles away. And I got to do business and pleasure with Sean and Roger. I've come to think of myself as not just lucky, but as extremely lucky! In fact, truly blessed

I agree with all the above posts. Roger runs his business extremely well, and is a great person to spend time with as well. Why, I've found he will even sell me parts for cars that do not have a Porsche badge on them!!

THANKS Roger for all you do to help us in the task of supporting your family!!!

Roger & Mrs. Laura are the best. He has also talked me out of several "just swap in a part" orders an got me on the path. Being a noob, he has walked me through many a repair jobs & diagnostic procedures.

Seeing all of these post have made me feel bad. Thought I was special. Now I realize I'm one of thousands. Roger has transitioned from fitting in to Standing Out! Strong Work
