Not only are they taking a $6,000 loss over what they originally paid for it, in today's dollars, that's was a $112,000.00 car!
Does look nice, and ownership is likely a very different experience from high mileage cars, but those aren't the stock wheels are they? Seems priced to fish, not sell.

It has an S4 wheel on the rear right side. Price seems within the band of fair to me for what appears to be a new 1985 shark.

According to the seller, it is an S4 wheel. Said the dealer made the owner take that wheel when his other one got damaged. Dealer claimed it was the correct wheel! Doesn't surprise me.

That's a lot more than a $6k loss (inflation).
Too bad it has the wrong transmission and appears to be a base car. I love the color but for that money I would much rather have a higher mileage GTS or pristine S4/GT.
