I sometimes get a little pulsing on my 79. The infrequency of use is likely the cause with pad transfer during the long rest periods. I don't get worked up about it as it usually goes away with after a few miles. One thing I am fanatic about though is hand tightening the lug nuts and using a torque wrench. No tire shop jockey touches my nuts While in a long parking mode moisture and dust between the pad and disc can react to the point of cementing the two together. Try setting your hand brake on a car and leaving it in storage for a few years.

Do you feel it in the pedal, the butt or the steering wheel?

the idiots that think that rotors don't warp, are funny.... you can actually feel the rotor grab and not grap as you rotate the rotor through the brake calipers. If you look close , you can see the run-out. very easy to measure too with a dial indicator.
over tightening one or two lugs can do this, when high temps are introduced. OR, In street driving, after a long hard stop, the brakes are continued to be applied (usually, in automatic cars that were left in gear at a stop light)
