Looks like the BBC is issuing DCMA takedown notices to all the sites that allowed access to the Clarkson GTS review. I haven't found it anywhere. Not on BBC's site, etc.

We should all send them hate mail. If they're going to issue takedowns they should at least make their content available on their own sites.

As I've read before, it seems fashionable nowadays for media outlets to complain about internet piracy while not offering their content online. TDB as far as I'm concerned, if they want to be a-holes, I'm happy to join in.

Yup. I'm all for intellectual property protection, but if you've got content you should make it available either with advertising or at a reasonable price or waive rights to DCMA takedown.

The same goes for 'Americanized' versions of ROW shows. Make the 'real' one available or get torrent'd and lose your rights.
