Leakdown fall-off is normal.

I like to set pressures engine not running first. Then tune w/engine running.

Cold spec is for engine not running, warm spec is for engine running. You can simulate warm spec engine not running by connecting WUR electric, and apply vacuum to side port.

Difference in warm pressure is due to the vacuum port on side of WUR. Will be lower than spec w/engine not running (approx 38psi).
