Bring me both seat backs, and I'll do the leather swapping for you. We could even do it together sometime in January if you would like to be involved. Not a big deal, since I've now done a couple of these (including the one in the avatar).

So to complete this thread. I had Gary teach me how to remove the old seat cover and instal the good one. It was actually pretty easy, and now the seat looks great, feels great, AND is fully functional. Plus, I have all the makings if a good replacement seat back if needed.
