Default My 928 GTS..

Hello all,

I just got my forth 928, it's a 93 GTS 5 speed, very clean and sweet, used to belong to a Keith in Oregon, he did some cool updates, I wish the original parts came with it. Anyway, great car, it's in NorCal now..

BTW, I don't much care for the 19 inch custome rims he put on it about 10 years ago, they are nice just not my taste, I just put brand new Falkens on them, the set is for sell, I'll post them on the classifieds soon.

Welcome!

I can imagine that 19" wheels would be a little unforgiving on our potholed roads. I already worry about my 18" wheels on El Camino Real. What are you replacing them with?

Nice car. I have been in it and all through it. I agree with you about some of the mods, though. It is always hard to beat stock, and the rims were way too much for me. I have Carerra IIIs on my GTS and think the look is just right, but if I sell it it will go with the stock rims. Git some pics up!

Ken, You got a nice one!

Do the wheels on my red 89 look familiar? They are the same custom Forgelite's Keith had, but I don't think mine were made for a 928 since the offsets are not right. I talked to Forgelite a few years ago and they said they have only made one set for a 928, Keiths. If you read some older threads from Keith, he had a lot of trouble with them early on, but I think eventually got them all sorted out. Somebody chromed my set which came on the 89 I bought about 4 years ago. I'm not crazy about them either.
