Gentlemen - any advice much appreciated. Roger at 928sRus.com was an incredible resource. Use a light pry bar and pry both the blue and red arrow arms. then lift motor out. Remove these 5 screws from the cover. put them back into their respective locations as they are different lengths. Then sand/clean the silver plate and Deoxit relevant connections. Careful - there is a small ball bearing here. Degrease and place back in. Degrease, Deoxit and bend these three connectors back toward the contact plate. Re lubricate with silicone WD40.
Please let me know what i'm missing/not seeing.

To your discussion this is a picture of the Head Light Motor Relay in my 1980 928.
is the blue arrow the relay you're mentioning that powers the Pop Up of the headlights?
Is the red arrow the "spring" that should be expanded?
and point taken on Fuse 27 - a new 15a fuse will be install.
