Default MY 78 Master Cylinder help needed

Hi!

This is the third Master Cylinder I'm installing...

This one has a leak at pressure sensors... Same problem with original and aftermarket sensors. This is a very frustrating problem because it's very difficult to install this MC and when you will test, a leak occurs.

I'm wondering to install some copper washer at sensors thread, what do you guys think? I'm asking because I really don't want to spend more 10 hours installing this and see another leak.

Thank you!

This is the pressure sensor I'm using.

Thank God it's not cracked at sensor's thread like the one I've installed before!

Why are you pulling the master cylinder when you replace the sensors? The sensors are a compression fit and I've never had to remove the master to replace the sensors. Or had a sensor leak for that matter.

I pulled because the previous one was cracked at sensor thread. And I spent many hours trying to fix the problem with the MC in place, and them I decided to remove it when i could see the crack

Removed this one to check if it was cracked too.
