I'll try to get some this week. We got 5 inches of snow and it's only 12° right now outside :-(

My garage is on the outside of town.

The exterior is really nice! And mechanically it even started today with it only being 5° outside.

Interior is another story. Not quite sure what I'm gonna do.

Do you think I would kill the value if I did the entire interior and black leather and got rid of the Pasha?

no. First off, at present even a "high value" 928 (with very few exceptions) isn't much of a value compared with other collector cars routinely crossing the auction blocks, so you can do pretty much whatever you want without worry.
Having said that, eventually the real value of these cars will go way up (some movement starting already with certain models). These early ones will be in that group. Therefore, put your leather interior in, but by all means save that pasha. This means buying old seats from another donor, and door cards, and have those recovered. Store the pasha parts removed from the car, and maybe even have them repaired before storing. If you really don't like the pasha (and many don't, no shame in that) pull it all and sell it, and use the money to buy new donor seats for recovering in leather. This way, the pasha parts won't be lost.

Thank you for everybody's advice!!!

It's actually don't mind the pasha, but seems like the cost of repairs is becoming astronomical.

How are your costs getting astronomical?

If this is happening, it may be your plan or expectations need to be re-evaluated.

I'm getting quotes around, $1150 for front seats set in vinyl and pasha and 1050 for rear.

I can get very good condition black front seats for around $500 and rear for $600.

Plus the rear quarter panels are shot,

I would like to keep it original, I put a $4000 budget on this car and it still needs some mechanical work done. Which I can do all that myself, but the part still add up.

The rear seats aren't too bad. I could always just redo the front in Pasha and vinyl, and call it good.

I think I bit off more than I can do right now in my life. The exterior is excellent and mechanically it runs great. It will need a new timing belt / water pump . The interior needs TLC.

Send me an offer if any body interested!

I understand that life can get in the way (for lack of a better word).

However, I'm curious... is it life or something about the car itself?
I mean, if the car just needs a tb/wp service (and maybe a few other lower budget jobs, fuel lines, etc)...
Then why not just do the mechanicals this winter and go drive it next spring?
Should be able to achieve this within your AM budget (and for less if DIY)
