Am I seeing this correctly? You are using an aluminum pop rivet to assemble the hat with the rotor?
I'd be concerned about solid aluminum rivets in this application. I'm not an engineer, but I suggest you call one of the manufacturers (Stoptech, DBA, etc) and ask what they use. I'd also wonder if any of the sanctioning authorities have an opinion.

Pre-stress fractured rotors and alum pop rivets.....Double the failure points.
