So you have to use the GTS pressure plate in order to use the 32mm throwout, which means you have to get the GTS lever, is this what everyone is doing when they do/did their single disc S4 clutch? The stock intermediate shaft can be re-used i assume? It's a costy job... unfortunately it's basically the only thing i need to put my motor back in.

You can disassemble the new GTS TOB and reuse a couple of parts from the S4 TOB, and reassemble.
This then allows you to reuse the S4 release arm, guide tube, and pressure plate.

You don't need the GTS pressure plate to use the GTS bearing. You do need the GTS release arm and guide tube though.

I replaced it at 85,000 miles, but the previous owner had installed it around 50k miles I was told, when I bought the car. There's no runout as far as I can tell, it was perfect while it was in there. I just needed a clutch that could take higher torque.
Attached 2 pictures, I hope they show up.
It will cost you some money to ship, but I'll be happy to get $ 250
