Urgently need to borrow DS window regulator - Fixed
I have been plagued with a DS window that goes up, but not down, and a 15 mile ride with cabin temps >100 (ergo: "urgently") has led me to spend some hours on this issue. After vetting the electricals and the window motor, it turns out the window lift arm is bent out of alignment. I don't have any specs (and I am not sure there are any) about the offset angles for the arm relative to the sector gear, so I need a "master" or "pattern" to match. (I could do it trial and error and will if I have to but that could be a lot of tiresome iterations I would like to avoid.) Any model will do, I am pretty sure (except perhaps GTS- just don't know enough about that one).
If anyone has a DS regulator (only-no motor or hdwe needed) I will gladly pay shipping to and from and it will be a short turnaround. Thanks in advance!

Matt- hold off on sending the part out, I woke up with (maybe) a better idea- something doesn't look right on the regulator arm and I think I know what it is. I'll post results.

Turned out to be a pretty simple fix. As you can see the regulator arm was pretzeled, probably as a result of the guide roller breaking and jamming in the track. It would then jam at full lift with a lot of spring tension in the arm itself, and the window wouldn't go down. I worried myself into a lather thinking it would be hard to bend the arm back into proper shape without a model to go by (forgetting of course there was one a few feet away), hence the first post. Here is the pretzel:
It was simply a matter of bending, fitting, bending, fitting - maybe 5 times or so, until the roller and the 4 assembly mounting holes were in their correct planes. Easier than I thought it would be, and I didn't have to remove the PS door panel to look at the "model". Thanks again, Matt and Kevin, for offering to help!
BTW, here's what I use to hold the window up- much more secure than duct tape in 90+ temps:
