Austin Technical Get-Together - Brake Job
Sometime in July I'd like to do a brake flush, caliper replacement and also install a full set of stainless steel brake lines. I'd also like to trace down that intermittent "Bad Pads" warning light. Has anyone done this before? I have the vacuum canister that everyone uses and all the necessary parts.
I think the Fourth of July weekend is probably already full for everyone but what about the weekend after - July 12th to 13th? For incentive, how about a couple of cases of beer (not Pabst Blue Ribbon!) and hamburgers on the grill?
Any volunteers?
Thanks in advance,
Don

Don, Second weekend in the month is the normal get together for the Austin group. Where are you at in Austin? Whats the year of your car. I have a motive power bleeder which makes the job a breeze. I have removed the pad pad wear indicators from my car which has made the light go out

I live in far east Austin (part of the Mueller Development) near 51st Street and Highway 183. It's a 1984 928S. I'd be willing to host the monthly get-together if that would help. The more the merrier?
I have a power bleeder, too, but also would like to keep the wear indicators in working order.
