Any cool Cup II wheel tweeks?
So, I'm retrograding I guess...
I have Cup IV on my Dunkelblau '86, I do like the looks of them and they tuck into the wheel wells nicely.
I've always like Cup Is on dark blue cars, but I've caved in to the ET70 allure and scored the 8" Cup IIs for the front. Picking up 9" rears tomorrow (only the std ET55 not hens teeth).
So wondering if anyone has, or has seen, some nicely done updates to the Cup II.
Proviso: They shall not be black. Nor hyper. Wait- from Mass- Hypaahh.
Thinking maybe Artic, Polar or GT silver in lieu of the standard wheel paint though.
Which will create a challenge with center caps.
Polished lips 'seems' like a neat idea, but the sets I've seen haven't really pulled it off.
Any other ideas? Anyone with an itchy photoshop inclination?
